Set out in the late afternoon and ride through the eucalyptus forest north of Agadir as the light softens and the heat drops. The route follows quiet sandy tracks down towards the river mouth, timed so you are out in the open as the sun goes down. Dinner follows around the fire: a Moroccan barbecue with mint tea, under the first stars of the evening.
