Three hours covering what makes Agadir the city it is: the marina and fishing port, Souk El Had — one of the largest markets in Morocco — and the hilltop Kasbah of Agadir Oufella, rebuilt after the 1960 earthquake and looking out over the whole bay. A good first outing to get your bearings.
