Souss-Massa runs along the coast south of Agadir and protects one of the most important bird habitats in North Africa — it is the last stronghold of the northern bald ibis, and the Massa river mouth draws flamingos, spoonbills and waders in numbers. The day combines driving through the reserve, walking the nature trails and time at the estuary viewpoints, with lunch included.
