The day starts at the market, choosing vegetables, herbs and spices with your chef and learning what to look for. Back in the kitchen you prepare a full Moroccan meal from scratch — typically a tagine, salads and bread — and then sit down and eat what you have made. You leave with the recipes, and with a much clearer idea of how the spices actually work together.
